- Photocopy of family card
- Photocopy of domicile certificate (If current residential address is different from ID card)

Important information

Fees:
- Minimum repayments: Rp50.000 or 5% of the total bill
- Late payment: maximum Rp150.000 or 3% from previous month's transaction balance
- Minimum cash withdrawal fee: Rp50.000 or 5% of cash withdrawal amount
- Cash withdrawal limit is Rp10.000.000 per day
